In light of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), ClassAct is monitoring the situation closely, with your safety and the safety of holidaymakers in mind. We understand that this brings uncertainty, and we’d like you to have the most up-to-date information on what we are doing.

We will be wearing masks and gloves whilst in your property and will continue to do so until the government advises they are no longer necessary.

Our cleaning and hygiene of your property is very important to us and, even before the start of the outbreak, we always used high-quality products. We will continue to use these products.

As outlined by holiday portal HomeAway, it is important that all linens, towels etc are washed at a very high temperature. We would like to reassure you that the laundry company that we use have already implemented these measures and will continue to do so as a matter of course.

Some of you ask that we put your pool towels in your machine washing while we are there cleaning the property. We can continue to do this BUT we will be using an anti-bacterial washing liquid in future.

Your property will continue to be cleaned to the highest standard and we will still use Sanytol Disinfectant Multiusos on all surfaces throughout the house. On leaving your property the last thing that will be disinfected will be the front door handles, bells, gate handles.

Please also be reassured that all remote controls will continue to be disinfected.

We would also suggest stocking up on the following to help your guests:

  • Hand sanitiser
  • Anti-bacterial handwash
  • Additional tissues and toilet rolls
  • Anti-bacterial wipes

Your guests will really appreciate you thinking of these additional measures for them.
